Raeco are proud to be connected with CIVOM India who have access to solution based, space engineering and design, with over 53 years of Raeco knowledge, experience and successful projects. Our partnership is now 4 years of age and growing in strength and presence.

Civom bring the very latest in global practices aligned to key learning criterion and have chosen to partner with Raeco to start creating 21st century learning spaces together with you!

Together both businesses are focused on providing the solutions required to see traditional education move towards a more progressive direction. No longer do we see the need for conventional rows of desks and chairs but ultimately, a space where students can learn, grow and develop as individuals.

21st century learning spaces are about combining multiple learning zones into one prominent space, allowing students and teachers to engage, explore, discover, inspire, learn, collaborate and connect together. They provide students with the ability and confidence to think for themselves, adapt to change and gain the skills to navigate through the outside world.

Through a multitude of International projects Raeco have learnt that the need of one student varies from the next. In a simple comparison project we found that over the last 3 centuries the need for individual front facing, teacher focused learning is diminishing and the use of colour in nonconventional spaces, with flexible styles of seating and tables, has evolved.

Furniture needs to be easily movable, manipulated, arranged and rearranged to suit the needs or the task of learning and be able to be used by multiple groups. Learning spaces are not only used for collaborative study and learning but are designed to allow for social, emotional and intellectual development.

Empirical data suggests that students today have become active participants of learning. They are problem solvers, planners and they rely on teachers not as sources of information but more as facilitators and guides, who foster their own thinking. Students have become adaptive and creative, with the majority evolving into life long, anywhere, anytime learners. Students no longer think of school as preparing them for life but more about school as being a part of their life.

Raeco are committed to the whole idea and concept of learning and pride themselves on being a concept to completion service provider with the skills and capability to provide the highest level of project management, design, customer service, quality and support.
