FAQ
1. Who is this Summit intended for?
- Participation is by invitation only and reserved for higher education leaders.
- As seats are limited and non-transferable, we request you to register at the earliest.
2. How many participants per institution can register for this summit?
- Each institution may nominate a maximum of two leaders to attend the Summit.
- Every leader must complete their individual registration form and await a confirmation email from the Organisers before proceeding with travel arrangements.
3. Is there a fee to attend this event?
- There is no registration fee for this event.
- However, travel and accommodation are to be arranged directly by your respective institutions. Refreshments, lunch, and tea/coffee will be provided during the event.
4. When can I start to plan my travel?
Please make your travel arrangements only after receiving the official confirmation email from the Organisers.
5. What time should I reach the venue?
- We recommend arriving by 8:00 AM for registration, followed by welcome refreshments, and networking.
- The event will commence promptly at 9:00 AM.
6. When will the registration for this summit close?
- As space is limited, we encourage you to register at the earliest.
- Registrations will close on Wednesday, October 15th.
7. What should I do upon arrival at the venue?
- Please reach the registration desk at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre where you will receive your entry badges.
- Kindly proceed to Amaltas room where the Google for Education Leader Series Higher Education is being hosted.
- There will be volunteers from the Organisers to guide you towards the summit venue.
