I have been in IT for 16 yrs and have always been passionate about helping young graduates. By professional I am in the corporate world and I am inspired by leaders in organizations. In parallel with my job, I do expert lectures in Engineering college to students on motivation and various fields in IT or higher study. They are a very big gap between academic and industries. Many experts like me do not get time to guide such graduate engineers. I am trying to fill this gap with my experience and learning which I received throughout my 16 yr of experience. It is not a big no. Where I touched the lives of many engineers but roughly more than 1000+ in two years and I have a target to guide and motivate as much as I can. I strongly believe my doing so will be a game-changer. I would like to be part of the “Art of Possible”. Those people like me passionate about such things will continue the journey with blessing and hope. Trust me if many corporate people like me come forward and do this act of giving back to society can make this world i better and awesome place to leave life. There is a great saying ” Every man what takes with him what he has done 4 him, but what he does 4 others he leaves behind”. I do travel to Mumbai from Pune on my own expenses and delivered such talk in many colleges. I Am BE, MBA, MTech and will do a Ph.D. in few years. I am motivated and inspired by corporate DNA and I fully trust by doing such an act I am satisfying my soul, forgetting my personal selfishness. I am an IEEE speaker, IETE member.
