The basic identity of any person as a teacher is his ideal personality. Because only an ideal man can build an ideal society. The greatest contribution in making me a teacher is that of my Respected father, Shri Shish Ram, who has given me a cultural atmosphere right from my childhood. As the director of the school, I have had to struggle a lot, because this phase of modern education today is a period of competition. Along with this modern education, the introduction of traditional education is a challenging task.

But in the long run today, when our taught children remember us after being successful. One such story was last year when a student was continuously failing at the tenth examination which had exhausted his studies. On encouraging her, she not only passed the examination but secured 75% of the marks. At that time it was wonderful to see the joy of the face of the child, who, having seen it, found that my teacher’s life was succeeding.
