Technical Issues

• In case of any technical error where the payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official ERP, India Didactics Association shall not be held responsible.
• However, if the payment gateway confirms such a transaction, the necessary reconciliation will be carried out.

Multiple Payments

• If duplicate/multiple payments are made for the same transaction, and this is confirmed by the payment gateway, India Didactics Association will process a refund for the excess amount.
• Refunds will be initiated within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment.

• Except for the cases mentioned above, all other payments made are non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted.
