1. Terms and Conditions for Online Payments

  • All payments made online are subject to the following transaction charges, which are not included in the fee amount:

  • India Didactics Association is not responsible if a payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card provider or payment gateway.

  • All taxes, levies, or charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the payer in addition to the transaction charges.

  • Membership fee – ₹ 5, 000 to 10,0000(depend upon criteria)


2. Refund / Cancellation Policy

a. Technical Issues

In case of any technical error where payment is deducted from the payer’s account but does not reflect in our official ERP, India Didactics Association shall not be held responsible.

  • If such a case is confirmed by the payment gateway, reconciliation will be initiated.

b. Multiple Payments

  • If duplicate/multiple payments are made for the same transaction, and this is confirmed by the payment gateway, India Didactics Association will process a refund for the excess amount.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.

  • Except for the cases mentioned above, all other payments made are non-refundable and cancellations are not permitted.
