Welcome to another edition of EdInsights.
A country’s development depends on the quality of its people—the skill and creativity of its work force. Education is the best investment to achieve this quality. Education today is about the acquisition of Values, Attitudes, Knowledge and Skills; competencies that make people productive & employable; life skills that enable people to live full & healthy lives. It’s a well-known fact that the quality of an education system cannot exceed the quality of its teachers. While it has historically been common for teachers to work independently, it is becoming more important for teachers to work together developing relationships based on knowledge, trust and empathy to create better outcomes and impact. So let us all come together to create a better world.
